Fix henchmen/ghost/hero reflexes
Because nobody should ever interrupt reversal of fortune...4 times in a row. There is zero incentive to bring a human interrupter (or infuser) ANYWHERE nowadays.

It's physically impossible for an AI to interrupt RoF on reflex. Even if they have instant reflexes, the mere fact that interrupts have at least a 1/4 sec activation, the same as RoF, makes it impossible to interrupt for them. This means that a) you were chaining skills, aka that you could just stop chaining skills and everything would be okay, or b) their human controller randomly decided to hit leech sig and it hit your RoF by chance.
Having the information that you have it interrupted 4 times in a row, I say to STOP QQING AND JUST STOP CHAINING SKILLS.

Like said above, it's impossible by definition to interrupt these skills by response.
I can interrupt 1/4 sec cast by spamming interrupts. So can AI. As it happens, AI often missed interrupts as well, even for 1/2 and 1 second skills, and this delayed interrupt hits your next fast casting action.
In some cases, the interrupts and timings fall into rythm, so spamming both 1/4 sec cast and interrupt both recharge at same time, so they get interrupted several times in a row.
This is main reason, why spamming can be countered quite easily - timings no longer matter, you're bound to hit a cast just by interrupting randomly.
